This individual must demonstrate expertise in ASP, ASP.NET using C# or VB, HTML, JavaScript, WebServices, XML, SQL 2000, CSS,  Windows 2003 Server / IIS.  

Develop and support hosted web applications, web services, and e-commerce solutions, using Microsoft technologies

Design and develop data structures and stored procedures.

Produce high quality application / enhancement designs using current Microsoft development tools.

Work closely with teammates and clients to develop flexible, stable and robust systems.

At times, serve as lead developer on web development initiatives, including, project analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

Utilize business experience with back-end administrative systems (i.e. training, sales, marketing, management, financial and distribution) to effectively engage with internal/external customers.

Work with strategists and clients to gather requirements and communicate progress throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related technical field.

Experience: Three years of Web application software design and development.
